About the programme
Working here, you’ll play a vital role in our business by helping to handle a range of customer enquiries either on the phone or via email. As part of this fully-structured programme, you’ll be continually assessed with external training modules at least once a month, as well as benefitting from on-the-job mentoring and coaching. So you’ll not only get to build on your customer service skills, but also work towards an NVQ and technical competency certificate.

Your skills and talents
GCSE grades A-C in both English and Maths or the equivalent Standard grades (1-3) are essential. Obviously, you’ll also need to be someone who can talk to people at all levels and overall, be as passionate about customer service as we are. A good team-player, you’ll combine top problem-solving skills with plenty of drive and initiative.
